Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the myRide+ website, applications, Creator Mode, Web Builder, community features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

myRide+ is an entertainment platform for audiences exploring the Havilland Storyline (characters, books, media, live moments) and for creators who audition, collaborate, and publish through Creator Mode and Web Builder. Features may differ by account type, role, and access permissions.

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, or pose a security or abuse risk.

Creator Mode and Web Builder may require linking platforms, role assignment, or Super Admin approval for CMS access. You agree to use admin and publishing tools only for authorized purposes.

• Drafts vs published — Draft content is not public until published according to product rules and your permissions.
• Accuracy — You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you publish.
• Access requests — Requesting Web Builder access does not guarantee approval. Misuse of elevated permissions may result in removal of access.

Forum posts, comments, audition materials, messages, and similar user-generated content must follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate those rules or applicable law.

Audition submissions and community contributions do not create employment, agency, or partnership with myRide+ unless we enter a separate written agreement.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant myRide+ a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the Service — including showing published Web Builder pages, character profiles, book pages, and community content you make available.

You represent that you have the rights to provide your content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate law.

myRide+, Havilland Storyline materials provided by us, logos, software, and site design are owned by myRide+ or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to use our trademarks except as needed to use the Service in the ordinary course.

Some features (such as Premium+ when launched) or products (such as books) may require payment. Prices, taxes, shipping, and refund rules will be shown at checkout or in product-specific terms.

• Coming soon features — Premium+ and other announced features are not guaranteed until officially launched.
• Payment processing — Payments may be handled by third-party processors. You authorize charges according to the plan or order you select.
• Refunds — Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees are generally non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive purposes.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Upload malware or interfere with the Service or other users.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, roles, or Web Builder permissions.
• Scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Use Creator or community tools to spam, deceive, or publish harmful content.

The Service may link to or integrate third-party tools (for example media hosting, payment providers, or social links). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their terms or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE OR AVAILABLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYRIDE+ AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-product notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

You may stop using the Service and request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate access with notice where practicable, or immediately for serious violations.

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
